Administrative Manager - HSPAC Concessions

This position will be responsible for the set up and service aspects of the Henry S Parker Athletic Complex. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Scheduling and managing concession staff
• Cooking and expediting food for all food related events
• Adherence to safe food procedures
• All related cleaning tasks in concession stands and HPAC.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must be willing to obtain a Serve Safe certification 3 months after the date of hire and able to learn the food industry as to the preparation and serving of food and beverage according to rules and regulations of the Wicomico County Board of Health.
• Must have the ability to properly cook orders & expedite food for customers.
• Must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to understand work objectives from supervisors.
• Must be physically able to lift objects weighing as much as fifty pounds regarding replenishing vending supplies and food inventories.
• Must have adequate and reliable transportation to and from work.
