Premium Retail Services is looking for a dedicated Retail Specialist to work at Walmart stores in Salisbury, MD. The position is part‑time with a base pay of $15.00 per hour. The role focuses on merchandising client brands, ensuring product availability, and creating engaging displays in one of the world’s largest retailers.

• Locate merchandise in the backroom and place products on the floor.
• Stock, pack out, and front‑face products to maintain clean, appealing shelves.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials, install them as directed, and build displays to showcase client products.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on a mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with Walmart store management, associates, and Premium team members via email, phone, and text.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must report work on the same day it is completed.
• Effective communication skills with store associates and managers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

• Flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday.
• Independence in day‑to‑day work.
• Training and certification provided by retail experts.
