The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. As a Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

• Open and close daily routines
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness
• Understand the business and retail metrics
• Think proactively and maintain attention to detail
• Operate registers and point of sale systems
• Support asset protection and visual displays
• Utilize system skills and manage work schedule

• Work schedule varies weekly, with expectations of 12–16 hours per week.
• Availability needed on Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays.
• During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• At least one year of retail experience, preferred.
• No prior supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, outgoing personality, assertiveness.
• Adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition.
• Ability to multitask, applied learning, strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with omni‑channel services.
