Sales Counselor

• Estimated first‑year earnings: $45,000 – $65,000 (uncapped commission and earnings)
• Training pay: $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks
• Full‑time position

• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
