Eastern Shore area. Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. This is a 100% commission role with commission bonuses and incentives, uncapped commissions, and access to great benefits. • Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs
• Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius; customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate; use the strength of the well-known brand to generate money through referrals and prospecting additional customers
• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity
• Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k
• Earn while you learn! New employee consultants receive paid training to learn the business

• Valid driver's license, vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
