As a full‑time Retail Sales Associate you will:

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs through connection and the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand a loyal customer base, including off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $16,000 a year in commissions. Top performers can earn an extra $14,500 in individual commissions, totaling $65,000–$73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours and performance.

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (including military)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with schedule 4 weeks in advance
• Openness to additional shifts and income during summer and peak vacation periods

• Commission‑based sales environment
• Customer‑solution communication skills
• Customer service experience
