Low Voltage Electrician

Are you a safety-first problem-solver that’s ready to repair, replace, install, and maintain Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Access Control, and Video Surveillance systems for businesses and government facilities? We’re looking for experienced Low Voltage Technicians with a passion for helping our customers with their technology needs. Our next hire has the technical skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various problems, understands the importance of, and ensures all work adheres to national and local safety codes.

• Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Make sure the wiring is in accordance with all building codes and safety regulations
• Install cabling and components, and test to ensure items are working properly.
• Troubleshoot and test cabling systems and components to restore services in a timely fashion.
• Ability to work from a ladder, scissor/boom lift, and conform to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Clear communicator and can speak with tact and courtesy when dealing with customers
• Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at great heights, and in all types of weather
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check as a federal contractor employee Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
