Sr. Service Technician, O&M – Paradise Energy Solutions

Join the team as a Senior Service Technician, O&M at Paradise Energy Solutions.

We’re looking for a skilled technician with training and experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems. You’ll climb ladders, work from roofs, use hand tools, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform independent service work on solar systems at various sizes, including those installed by other solar installers. Safety conscious, you’ll use required PPE, hold or obtain OSHA 10, First Aid & CPR, and maintain a clean driving record.

We value team players who are humble, excellent communicators, self‑motivated, hardworking, and passionate about solar energy. You should know how to use test equipment such as meggers, PV check and IV‑curve tracers, clamp‑on ammeters, and digital multimeters. An associate’s degree or certificate from a trade school, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems in solar installations.
• Climb ladders and work on roofs, handling tools and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Use all required PPE, including safety harnesses, and maintain OSHA 10, First Aid & CPR certification.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Continuously learn and build knowledge and skills with company support and training.
• Operate testing equipment (meggers, PV check, IV‑curve tracers, clamp‑on ammeters, digital multimeters).

• $34–$45 per hour, plus travel time compensation.
• Travel and per diem for overnight meals, home on weekends.
