A Service Technician will be traveling daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs to customer core product lines of cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs. This position will ensure that these products are functioning properly and that any problems are addressed promptly. They may interact daily with customers or their designated contacts to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:Submits maintenance notes to database for historical archiving.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record

Proficient in computer software application such as Android app software to include but not limited to timecards, expenses, inventory control management. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and has skills in disassembling & repairing assemblies. - Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of how to input settings & configure equipment. Provides feedback on product performance or issues and has knowledge of training principals and the ability to apply…
