Job Overview

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company since 1953, is hiring a Truck Driver (Entry Level) to deliver materials and assist with warehouse operations across the United States.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:30 pm with overtime as needed. Starting pay $20 per hour (may be higher based on experience). The role offers a home‑daily schedule with no nights or weekends.

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets are accurate.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, refuel the truck as needed, and report any problems to supervisors.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment; receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
• Work overtime as required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment such as safety harnesses (maximum weight capacity 400 lbs).
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening is required.

• Valid CDL license, at least 21 years of age; meets and maintains CDL qualifications.
• Knowledge of DOT standards and regulations.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Pay Range: $19.26 - $30.76 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
