Job OverviewThe Green Cocoon is seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the daily execution of our field operations. This role is critical to the success of our mission to deliver energy‑efficient insulation solutions across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You’ll take ownership of scheduling, crew coordination, production flow, and problem‑solving—keeping jobs on track, customers informed, and our team performing at its best.

- Own and oversee daily field operations, job scheduling, and production logistics
- Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, materials, and timelines
- Lead weekly production meetings and maintain strong crew communication
- Monitor daily performance and help meet production and revenue goals
- Handle customer issues professionally and resolve them efficiently
- Track material usage, inventory, and readiness of tools/equipment
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and continuous team development
- Be available when needed to ensure seamless operations
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow‑through
- Clear, confident communication with field crews and customers
- Background in construction, trades, or operations is preferred
- Calm under pressure and ready to solve problems independently
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when needed
- Leadership mindset with a drive for accountability and results
Full‑Time:
Monday – Friday
Hours:
Typically 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility as needed
Travel:
Occasional job site visits or meetings within the service region
Salisbury, MA (Primary office location)
Service region includes Massachusetts and New Hampshire
