TUYOU LLC is a growing startup company focused on establishing strong business operations and building a solid foundation for long-term success.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time CPA to assist with organizing financial records, addressing outstanding accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, and improving internal accounting procedures.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a startup environment where accounting processes are still being developed and there is a significant amount of catch-up work to complete.

The position will initially be part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows and its accounting needs expand.

• Review, organize, and update existing accounting records.
• Assist with outstanding bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Identify and correct accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support tax preparation, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate current accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
• Assist with implementing efficient accounting systems and internal controls.
• Work directly with the existing accounting team member to improve accuracy and workflow.
• Help establish organized, reliable financial records for future business growth.

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with account reconciliation, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving accounting processes.

• Previous experience assisting small businesses or startup companies.
• Experience cleaning up and organizing historical accounting records.
• Knowledge of business tax preparation and compliance.
• Experience developing accounting procedures and internal financial controls.

This is an in-person, part-time position with a flexible schedule to be coordinated with management.
