• Serve as the primary point of contact between technicians, parts, and service leadership
• Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure technicians have the information and parts needed to complete work timely
• Maintain clear communication to support workflow and productivity
• Assist with internal warranty, reconditioning, and shop repair processes
• Support service department organization and operational excellence

• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Experience with dealership software (Ford/Toyota systems a plus)
