NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices – AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus). NTB is proud to welcome you to the Mavis Tire family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Salisbury, NC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800. The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable. You will get weekly bonus payments tied to every single service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.

• No experience needed – we’ll teach you everything through paid training.
• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Help introduce you to our weekly performance‑based incentive programs and coach you on our industry‑leading processes.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work five days each week.
• Motivated by commissions/incentive compensation and eager to learn.
• Dedicated to reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
