Fulfillment Order Management System (OMS) is a software platform that tracks sales, orders, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple channels. The co‑op will monitor order statuses, ensure timely progression through stages, and help resolve exceptions. The role includes documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for using OMS or fulfillment apps, creating user training materials, responding to internal team queries, and supporting customer service with order updates or issue resolutions.

• Working toward a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in object‑oriented programming languages (Java or similar).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, ability to write/analyze SQL, and familiarity with Git.
• Basic understanding of APIs and microservices.
• Experience writing unit test cases, curiosity to explore frameworks like Karate, and interest in automating services.
• Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and solve problems logically.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 – $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 – $37.30
