KMD Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Site Superintendent in Salisbury, NC to manage daily field operations on projects ranging from $3M to $8M. You will direct trades, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with PMs, architects, and officials to ensure quality and timely completion.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of site superintendent experience in commercial construction, read and interpret complex drawings, and are proficient with Procore or similar PM software.
