Position Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Position Summary:We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice located in Salisbury, NC. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, care continuity, and long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to an adult and/or family population
- Manage acute and chronic conditions through a coordinated care model
- Emphasize preventive care, routine screenings, and health education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including nursing and administrative support
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives and adhere to practice and regulatory guidelines
- Call is minimal and shared among providers;
- Flexibility available and will be discussed during the interview process
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
