This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Salisbury, NC. The LCSW will conduct mental health assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and support clients with behavioral and emotional challenges. This professional will collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include case management, maintaining accurate documentation, and offering support around access to services and resources in the community.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in Social Work and Medical Social Work
- Experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health counseling to provide therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in Case Management and resource coordination to support client care
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential documentation
- Experience with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
