As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals.

• Full time, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Location:
  
  Lexington, NC (High Rock Lake area)
• Compensation: $15.00 per hour
• Competitive salary: $18.00 per hour

• Provide care in the individual's home and the community they live in
• Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning; personal care such as bathing and dressing; and employment support
• Transport the client to appointments and run errands
• Help plan and organize their schedule
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system

• Experience:
  
  entry‑level; on‑the‑job training is provided
• Education:
  
  high school diploma or GED (required)

• Technology: proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn
• Transportation: reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
