What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED
- Previous phlebotomy experience is a plus
- Phlebotomy certification (or ability to earn it within 6 months)

- Label and handle specimens to ensure top‑notch accuracy

- Follow safety and infection control procedures like a pro
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required - Experience:
One year of relevant phlebotomy experience preferred; completion of an accredited phlebotomy program preferred - Certification:
Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, NHA, ASPT, AMT or other national accrediting agency approved by Laboratory Senior Leadership) required. New hire must obtain certification within 12 months of hire - Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to anticipate and react calmly to emergency situations, maintain quality assurance, establish effective relationships with patients, medical staff and public, follow written protocols, work independently, communicate clearly
