Position SummaryResponsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations and Capital Planning. This role will ensure all contract deliverables with internal maintenance teams and third‑party service providers are met or exceeded. Key focus areas include operational uptime of systems and equipment, service improvements, introduction of best practices, cost savings initiatives and capital planning to meet all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership in the development and evolution of supply‑chain strategies and initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction for implementation of strategies and defined business approaches within D&T that support and align with overall ADUSA strategy.
- Create a critical parts program that indicates minimum/maximum levels and roll it out to all facilities network‑wide.
- Develop and implement an asset management program; review reliability, downtime and end‑of‑life of all equipment with safety and cost as the foundation.
- Ensure facility and maintenance procedures comply with local, state and federal regulations.
- Hold monthly reviews of all facility and maintenance KPIs against agreed contractual obligations with service providers.
- Create and enforce the timely submission of all capital project budgets.
- Manage the performance of maintenance for all sites, ensuring all contract deliverables are met within prescribed budgets.
- Conduct facility inspections for quality assurance on a defined timeframe.
- Lead and motivate employees, promoting change and growth.
- Provide leadership and support in a constantly changing environment.
- Foster associate engagement, commitment and enthusiasm, ensuring associates understand their role in the company’s overall performance.
- Promote consistent, high performance and execution with excellence.
- Govern by guiding principles, financial constraints and overall strategy while working within a pre‑identified structure, but willing to push boundaries when necessary.
- Develop talent planning and performance management for associates.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, leveraging economies of scale in negotiation.
- Lead communication with internal and external partners and the vendor community.
- Demonstrate personal acceptance of change and the ability to adapt and drive change.
- Active listener who builds trust across varying levels of the organization.
- High degree of credibility and ability to work with and through all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, influence, communication and presentation skills.

- Requires travel—typically 20-25%.
Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience with organizational change management.
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
- Experience with category, merchandising, pricing, logistics, retail operations, supply chain, procurement and distribution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facilities Management/Building Operations.
- Strong financial planning and budgeting experience.
- Cross‑functional project leadership with a demonstrated ability to build cross‑functional teams.
- Relationship management experience with third‑party service providers.
- Extensive experience with automated solutions.
