Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.
* Manage and mentor a team of technicians and administrative staff.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving for exceptional customer service.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, implementing new techniques and technologies where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Needs experience in Estimating Software.
* Needs knowledge of auto insurance and insurance claims process.
* Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on body work.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive repair.
* Certification in automotive repair or related field preferred.
* I-CAR certified preferred.
