Industrial Maintenance Technician; Night Shifts - Salisbury, NC

Industrial Maintenance Technician (ALL Shifts open) - Salisbury, NC

Pay: $22-$30/hr full-time with complete benefits, PTO/holidays.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks: plumbing, painting, greasing, oiling, grinding, drilling, disassemble/reassemble machine parts.
• Weld, cut with gas torches, troubleshoot machine controls.
• Operate standard machine tools such as lathes, saws, mills, and drill presses.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and files of maintenance procedures.
• Install conduit, pipe, regulators, hoses, and operate machinery.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 years related training or work experience required;
  Associate degree desired.
• Proficiency with hand‑held tools, machinery, and instruments.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic controls, materials, and components.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email); basic database use.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percentage; interpret bar graphs.
• Reasoning: apply common sense, follow written instructions.
• Language: read, comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one/small group.
• Physical: prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching; lift up to 50 lbs; exposure to machines, chemicals, solvents; hand dexterity; normal hearing and vision.
• Work conditions: plant factory environment; noise, dust, fiberglass, heat; PPE requirements.
