- Thur 5 AM - 3:30 PM, $16/hr + Overtime Fridays as needed
Semi‑skilled assembly of various pneumatic and mechanical valves; using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, assembly drawings and test equipment. Need the ability to follow detailed work instructions and perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and test these valves.
Essential Functions- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair failures as needed.
- Report problems with quality, safety, process, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
- Provide hands‑on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Basic Responsibilities:
Support extrusion and calendar; operate mill, bias machine, wrapper, autoclave, pulldown machine and saw; assembly of hose tube, cover, and friction; assembly, fit, test (M601 & M618 hose); and final inspection. - Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist and train others as needed.
- Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
- Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
- Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
- Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.
- Be a team player and engage with others.
- Technical Capacity:
Ability to read and comprehend written procedures, access drawings and procedures via computer, read assembly blueprints. - Ability to use computers and familiarity with lean manufacturing tools.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThe employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 and have the ability to operate life assistance equipment to move assemblies.

Required Education And Experience- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- One to two years of related manufacturing experience (preferred).
