Are you interested in a new opportunity as a Licensed Practical Nurse? Adoration Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and committed LPN to join our team in Salisbury, NC!

This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to expand your nursing skills while delivering crucial one-on-one care to patients in their homes and supporting their families. Joining our team will allow you to make a meaningful impact when families need it the most.

Location: Salisbury Branch

Coverage area: Rowan County

Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri

Call schedule: 1 day per week

Must have: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance

Responsibilities

• Communicates health/nursing needs and/or recommendations to RN supervisor
• Coordinates admissions, discharges, and follow-up as needed
• Assists in medical/health appointments as needed
• Ensures the provision of nursing/health services under the direction of the RN and as ordered by the physician
• Provides direct care as outlined in the Service Plan/Nursing Care Plan
• Takes and records vital signs, weights, wound measurements, etc.
• Identifies trends outside of parameters, or in need of attention and communicates to RN/physician

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN or LVN, per state licensure requirements) in good standing
• CPR certification
• Six (6) months of direct nursing experience
