Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) for TELE - Telemetry in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient vitals and cardiac rhythms in a telemetry unit
- Administer medications and provide patient care according to physician orders
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Strong knowledge of telemetry and cardiac monitoring
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekly pay of $1773.72
