• Command Presence: Maintain professional appearance, stand vigilance at store entrances, greet every customer with a warm smile and friendly greeting, and create a secure environment that reduces opportunities for theft.
• Knowledge and Communication: Master top shortage areas, communicate theft‑prevention information during store rallies, conduct bag and package checks on associates, and ensure adherence to safety and security standards.
• Support and Guidance: Train associates on shortage reduction programs and processes, model safety as a top priority, and address unsafe practices promptly.
• Experience and Responsibilities: Demonstrate 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations; stand and walk for extended periods; maintain confidentiality; analyze business trends; exhibit positive demeanor; work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments; and communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or related fields.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor store environments.
• Confidentiality, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Positive demeanor, energetic greeting, and disciplined decision‑making.
• Ready to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
