Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 12 - 15 USD Hourly USD 12.00 15.00 HOUR

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for registering golfers for play and assisting customers on the sales floor. Assist all staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization of golf shop appearance. Present a friendly, warm and professional attitude at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good customer service skills. Knowledge of computers. Pleasant personality. Accurate record-keeping. Telephone etiquette. Golf knowledge helpful

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Minimum 2-years of high school completed

ENVIRONMENT:

Inside well-lit environmentally controlled area. Some time may be spent outdoors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Greets guests and collects appropriate fees and has complete knowledge of POS system.

2. Professionally answers all telephone calls.

3. Acquires product knowledge in order to assist customers in merchandise sales.

4. Assists with re-stocking of golf shop on a daily basis.

5. Keeps golf shop neat, organized and clean.

6. Assists with retail inventory.

7. Assists with golf outings and tournaments.

8. Assists guests with starting times.

9. Attends required staff meetings.

10. Communicates with professional staff on daily operations.

11. Assists with opening and closing duties deemed necessary by professional staff.

12. Wears issued uniform and name-tag at all times.

13. Performs duties in a professional manner to exceed customer’s expectations.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist with any reasonable task requested by management or Pinnacle HR Group.

2. Work in other areas of operation if needed.
