Overview
Roof Technicians (
with experience
) role at Team Craft Roofing Inc.
- Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positions
- Compensation based on level of experience
- Hourly Pay: TBD, negotiable with hiring manager based on experience
- 1+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
- An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications; willing to train
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus
- Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
- Solve problems as they occur
- Keep work area in 5S standard
- Safely perform standardized work
- Continuously improve the process
- Be at the job every scheduled day
- Work well with the crew and assist fellow roofers when possible
