Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), and four (4) years of experience in facilities maintenance activities.

Diploma, Certification, or Specialized Training.

Facilities Services TechnicianIIIwill perform skilled maintenance, repair and construction ofHVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and building structures. Responsibilities may include coordinating efforts with contractors; planning for supplies and equipment; installing, maintaining and repairingHVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment; constructing walls, buildings, cabinets, bookcases or similar items; operating light equipment and performing preventive maintenance; and maintaining records of activities. This is a Tier I job position.
