Key Responsibilities Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy throughout Managing and reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and on the job coaching Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key day to day point of contact Contributing to the overall development of the audit department and supporting managers and partners as required Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102 Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level with significant audit experience Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and auditing standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships confidently Motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
