Fletcher & Partners LLP in Salisbury is seeking a school leaver to join our busy accountancy firm and start a structured training programme. You will gain hands-on experience across outsourcing, owner-managed businesses and tax teams, progressing to preparing accounts as you qualify.
Full training support is provided, with weekly college attendance to complete AAT qualifications. You will receive regular feedback and day-to-day guidance to help you settle in and develop numeracy and accounting
