This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with directors and partners while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Responsibilities- Managing a diverse portfolio of limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across a range of industries.
- Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns prepared by the wider team.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical advice.
- Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Identifying tax planning and advisory opportunities and working alongside specialist teams where appropriate.
- Managing client deadlines, budgets and workflow to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
- Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience with relevant practice experience).
- Previous experience working within a UK firm of Chartered Accountants.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business taxation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualification status.
