- Managing and preparing high-quality financial statements for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Assisting with the preparation of personal tax computations and submissions, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting the team in managing client relationships, communicating effectively and providing technical advice where appropriate.
- Undertaking technical research to resolve complex accounting or tax issues, contributing to team knowledge sharing.
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the department by taking ownership of tasks and managing workload independently.
- Experience working within an accountancy practice, with exposure to tax and/or accounts.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to produce accounts to a high standard and manage personal tax compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach, problem‑solving ability, and commercial awareness.
- Enthusiastic about professional development and working effectively within a team environment.
- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000, dependent on experience.
