Administrator Service Advisor Part time

kolt recruitment are looking for a CSA Administrator for a well-established and growing plant servicing and repair company based in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy team, supporting the service department with coordination, communication and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the service team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help With social media
• Coordinating engineer schedules and booking appointments
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Raising job cards, purchase orders and invoices
• Processing service reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding parts and updates
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Assisting with fleet and compliance documentation
• General office administration and filing

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or service support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• close attention to detail and accuracy
