Commercial Property - Assistant - Salisbury
Our well respected Commercial Property team based in Salisbury is currently seeking a well-organised individual to join them.
The roleThis is a part time role; however, we are flexible on working hours for the right candidate.
The duties will include:
- Dictation with work to include typing letters, emails and documents;
- Requesting searches;
- Making Land Registry applications and using the Land Registry to download documents;
- Basic drafting tasks;
- Producing engrossments;
- Making telephone phone calls;
- Raising bills; and
- Producing electronic payment forms, receipts, slips.
Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in Property; however, this is not essential. In addition to this experience, the right person will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to prioritise their workload.
