We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part Time Sales Coordinator to join a busy commercial team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment while supporting a team with aftersales and project administration.

You will play an important role in helping to manage aftersales activity, schedule jobs, maintain records and support the resolution of customer issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with people and has strong attention to detail.

• Support the commercial project team with aftersales administration and process improvement.
• Plan and schedule aftersales jobs with outsourced partners.
• Respond to customer queries and help manage complaints through to resolution.
• Escalate technical issues where required.
• Maintain records, documents and compliance information.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable dealing with competing priorities.
