Our client, a reputable family-run independent automotive service centre operating in Salisbury since 1999, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their renowned team.

Duties
  • Carrying out fault diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults accurately and reporting vehicle conditions to the Service Director as a Vehicle Technician
  • Performing vehicle inspections and providing detailed reports on findings
  • Strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and quality procedures as a Vehicle Technician
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship efficiently in a busy workshop environment
  • Maintaining professionalism and technical proficiency to ensure excellent customer service
  • Supporting the workshop team to meet productivity targets as a Vehicle Technician
Requirements
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is highly desirable
  • Several years' practical experience in vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Applications from experienced individuals without formal qualifications are encouraged
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Capable of producing consistently high-quality work
  • Holding a valid MOT testing licence is advantageous, but training will be provided if necessary
