Working hours:
8:30am-4:30/5:00pm (pending a 30/60-minute lunch) Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturday mornings from 8:30am-12:30pmDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repair work on a range of vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Accurately report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Workshop Controller
Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety standards, and service procedures
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and professionalism
Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations at all times
Support team goals by working efficiently and accurately within a busy main dealer environment
Requirements:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Alternatively, Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technicians looking to further their qualification through training
A valid UK driving licence is essential
Previous experience working in a main dealer or franchised environment is preferred
Individuals with an active MOT Smart Card will be highly advantageous, though not essential
Strong work ethic, team player, and motivated to meet targets and deliver quality work
