As Despatch Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of dispatch operations, ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

You'll coordinate transport, manage stock allocation, support and develop the dispatch team, and play an important role in maintaining the high standards that have helped make the business a market leader.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen.

You’ll likely have experience within:

• Warehouse, dispatch, logistics, stores, or manufacturing operations
• Stock control and inventory management
• Team leadership, supervision, or mentoring
• ERP or stock management systems
