Project Manager, Building Maintenance

Antac is a national organisation offering a range of services including building and maintenance, mechanical, electrical and HVAC services, commercial office cleaning, window cleaning and rope access services. We are continuing to take on new projects and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee day to day site operations to ensure that works in progress remain compliant while keeping clients regularly informed of project progress.

• Maintain accurate records of progress and updating project trackers
• Keep clients informed of project progress, issues and upcoming works
• Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and site requirements
• Resource direct staff to ensure adequate labour is available for planned works
• Prepare and price variations and manage project costs including assessing additional works
• Manage project budgets, identify cost risks and minimize unnecessary expenditure
• Order materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries to keep projects running smoothly
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• SMSTS qualification
• Full UK Driving licence
• Ability to pass security vetting

• Salary of up to £50,000 per annum
