We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join an established M&E business, overseeing mechanical works on a site in Tidbury, Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise mechanical installations including heating, ventilation, water and drainage.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Coordinate works with Project Managers, engineers and other trades.
- Monitor quality, progress and programme.
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure works comply with RAMS, health & safety and company procedures.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers through to handover.
- Previous Mechanical Site Manager/Supervisor experience within M&E or building services.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read drawings.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of RAMS and site safety.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- MOD experience desirable.
The following qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Construction Management qualification
- PASMA
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
