A leading recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to work in Porton Down, Salisbury, providing first-line IT support. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online chat, along with logging requests and resolving issues efficiently. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and while prior customer service experience is advantageous, full training will be available.

Working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, paying £12.60 per hour.
