Customer Success Lead
A2Z Cloud are looking for a confident, proactive Customer Success Lead who genuinely enjoys working with customers and takes ownership of relationships.
This role is for someone who doesn’t wait to be told when to check in, follow up or step in. Someone who is comfortable starting conversations, guiding customers, and representing the business with clarity and confidence.
It’s not a sales-heavy role. It’s not a management role. And it’s not reactive support.
It is a role for someone who brings positive energy, builds trust quickly, and enjoys being the person customers like hearing from and rely on.
Requirements- Acting as a proactive point of contact for our customers across services, support and licensing
- Regularly checking in with customers to understand how things are going and what they need next
- Running Quarterly Guardian Reviews and ensuring outcomes are followed through internally
- Working closely with our Sales team to support growth opportunities within existing customers, confidently and naturally
- Managing customer licences and supporting accuracy around billing and commission
- Working within Zoho Desk and supporting the Support Manager when needed
- Collaborating across Sales, Support, Operations and Marketing to keep the customer experience joined up

This role is UK-based with a hybrid working pattern. Office attendance in Salisbury is required on Tuesdays.
