• Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
• Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
• Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
• Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
• Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
• Prepare job packs
• Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
• Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems

• Excellent customer focused service background
• Ideally have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
• Excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers

• Up to £30,000 + Bonus
