THE ROLE
As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Service Reception while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in the development of the aftersales team.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing service and repair bookings efficiently
· Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the Service Reception
· Assisting with workshop loading to maximise productivity
· Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
· Promoting and upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products
· Supporting and mentoring other Service Advisors where required
· Handling customer concerns professionally to achieve positive outcomes
· Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
· A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
· Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle, or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
· A proven track record of upselling additional products and services
· Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
· Strong organisational and time management abilities
· The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy aftersales environment
· A proactive approach with the ability to support and develop colleagues
· Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

Senior Service Advisor, Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, Aftersales Advisor, Senior Aftersales Advisor or Service Reception Supervisor.
