Steer Automotive Group in Salisbury is looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our busy repair centre. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer from first contact to vehicle collection.
In this role, you’ll greet customers in person and over the phone, manage repair bookings, liaise with technicians and insurers, and keep accurate records with a high level of attention to detail.
