37.5–40 hours per week Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm (rotating shifts) We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team based in Farnborough. This role supports customers primarily in the Guildford area and is perfect for someone who enjoys delivering a high standard of service and handling queries from start to finish. Day-to-day of the role:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. Responding to queries relating to services, bookings, orders, and general information. Accurately updating customer records and logging interactions on internal systems. Resolving issues efficiently and escalating more complex matters when required. Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requests are followed through. Supporting colleagues during busy periods to maintain service levels.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or office-based support role preferred. Strong communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner. Confident using IT systems and internal databases. Well-organised with the ability to manage a busy workload. Reliable, punctual, and available for a temporary role with set daytime hours. Benefits:
