Are you an Architectural Technologist or similar with a background in Revit, looking for an exciting 6‑month FTC opportunity within a design‑led architectural practice working on high‑quality bespoke residential and heritage projects?

This Chartered Practice specialises in innovative and sustainable residential architecture. They are looking for an Architectural Technologist with a background in Revit or similar to join a friendly and collaborative team on a short‑term contract basis.

This varied role will see you contributing across multiple projects, working across RIBA Stages 2-4. Working closely with a close‑knit team, you will develop planning application packages, produce detailed technical information, and support projects from concept through to construction.

This role would suit an Architectural Technologist or similar with a background in Revit and a background in residential architecture or similar who is looking for a short‑term contract position within a creative and supportive practice.

• Develop design proposals and prepare planning application packages
• Produce detailed technical drawings for Building Regulations and construction
• Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 2-4
• Contribute to design development
• Assist with the development and management of Revit models

• Architectural Technician, Technologist or similar
• Background using Revit
• Background in residential architecture or similar
• Commutable to Salisbury
