Administrative Officer - Salisbury Job Description
Salary: TBC depending on experience
Hours of work: 4 days per week - 8.00am - 4pm (1/2 hour for lunch unpaid) 32 hours per week term time only.
Contract type: Permanent

Due to the retirement of our current Administrative Officer after more than 10 years at Woodlands, the children, staff and Governors of Woodlands Primary School are looking to appoint a reliable, efficient, and positive Administrative Officer to work in our busy office.

All about the role:
You will be the first point of contact by phone and in person for all visitors and parents to the school and should be committed to our inclusive and welcoming ethos. We are looking for someone who has experience of customer service, is organised, methodical and would like to contribute to the future of young people. You must be happy to work in a sometimes challenging, busy environment, juggling conflicting demands and have a good sense of humour.

The successful applicant would need to be able to give great attention to detail and be able to manage several projects, whilst carrying out front of house duties. They should be able to work under pressure and be self sufficient and motivated. Previous experience of working in a school office may be an advantage, but anyone who feels they maybe suitable is welcome to apply.
